Directions for Use
Adults only: Take 2 capsules 1 hour before bedtime, or as directed by a health professional. Do not exceed recommended daily dose.
WARNING:
Not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women.

Avoid alcohol or products that cause drowsiness. Exercise caution in driving a vehicle or operating heavy machinery.
This product may have a laxative effect. Discontinue use if you develop diarrhoea.
Mineral supplements should not replace a balanced diet.
